Being a parent company
we harmonize and transfer common policies to/and amongst the companies in our portfolio. We control the subsidiaries policies and oversee management decisions.

We make sure the subsidiaries are operationally active, providing strategic orientation, coordination, internal organization and controlling, as well as the definition of corporate goals.
Identifying new business opportunities
This acknowledges a broader perspective of the market; seeing the big picture rather than concentrating on the detail, which is extremely important when identifying new business opportunities and partners.
Steering our subsidiaries
Our helicopter view of the business allows us to steer our subsidiaries into new ventures and in the creation of new ventures and synergies with other public and private entities.
